Elysium Digital today named Cristina Antalik as the firm’s Electronic Discovery Manager. Reporting to Jason Eaddy, head of the firm’s Forensics & Discovery Practice, Antalik will oversee Elysium’s electronic discovery (eDiscovery) services including collection and processing of electronically stored information (ESI), review hosting, production, and consulting.

Antalik has extensive experience advising law firms, government agencies and corporate clients in data and case management strategy, as well as best practices for eDiscovery. She is fluent in cutting-edge eDiscovery technology and processes such as multi-matter case management, technology-assisted review, and near-duplicate review.

“We are very pleased to add Cristina to our team and broaden our eDiscovery service offerings,” said Christian Hicks, Co-Founder and President of Elysium Digital. “As eDiscovery continues to present a significant challenge for the entire legal industry, Cristina’s leadership and proven track record in data management will help us provide a broader range of services to clients engaged in high-stakes litigation.”

Prior to joining Elysium Digital, Antalik managed an eDiscovery service team at Merrill Corporation where she was responsible for management of the company’s largest portfolio of related matters. Earlier in her career, Antalik was instrumental in building and sustaining project management departments within various government entities including the Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth’s Office and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Antalik holds a B.A. in public policy and administration from
Suffolk University and a Master’s certification in project management from Boston University.

“There is a disparity between the technology and tools available to larger law firms versus small firms due to the cost of entry,” Antalik said. “The uneven playing field has left many organizations unequipped to handle eDiscovery matters, creating a need for innovative solutions at a variety of price points. Elysium is positioned to take a leadership role as a focused eDiscovery provider for a wide variety of clients. I am very excited to work with Christian, Jason, and the team to expand Elysium’s eDiscovery practice and
address the needs, in particular, of small- and mid-sized firms.”
