Daniel W. Steinbrook is a vice president specializing in intellectual property litigation at Elysium Digital.

Daniel has performed technical analysis on dozens of cases and is a core developer of the team deploying Elysium Digital’s internal web-based patent analysis and collaboration tool, Legion Patent. In addition to performing in-depth code analysis and reverse engineering products, Daniel has testified at trial in federal court and has presented his findings before the DOJ and FBI. He has also designed and implemented a number of data warehousing tools used for managing and analyzing large volumes of electronic evidence.

Daniel holds an S.M. in electrical engineering and an A.B. in computer science, both from Harvard University. Prior to joining Elysium Digital, Daniel worked at Harvard University's Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society and was a teaching fellow at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
